We take reasonable care with non-public project information and do not publicly display identifiable client work without permission.

You retain ownership of materials you provide.
Unless the quotation says otherwise, you receive a continuing licence to use the completed custom deliverable for the agreed purpose. We retain ownership of our underlying methods, reusable components, templates, frameworks and pre-existing materials.
A full transfer of copyright can be discussed separately.

Standard digital products may be edited for your own personal or internal business use, but cannot be resold, publicly redistributed, sublicensed or uploaded to another template marketplace.
